TN: Camping trip assault leads to arrest

(Nov. 23, 2016) -- Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy C. J. Williams said he went to the Coker Creek Welcome Center around 6:30 p.m. and talked with a woman who said her boyfriend, Steven Paul Rooks had assaulted her at a campsite on Highway 68.
