OR: Rate of reservations at state park eclipses record

(Nov. 21, 2016) -- Campers reserved ­Oregon state parks campsites at a ­record rate early Thursday, staying up late or ­interrupting their sleep to secure a place to see a solar eclipse next summer. The agency started taking reservations for parks in the path of the Aug. 21 eclipse very early Thursday morning.
