PA: Campsites spring up at off-road park

(Nov. 14, 2016) -- The No. 1 request from more than 13,000 individual users of the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area in eastern Northumberland County is about to be granted by Shamokin Area natives Eric Startzel and Jason Kramer.
