KY: Floyd County celebrated Halloween

(Nov. 1, 2016) -- Jenny Wiley State Park got in on the Halloween fun by offering adventure seekers a haunted boat ride. For the land lovers, the Jenny Wiley Campground held a trick or treat night and haunted hayride.
