LA: 2 Rapides, La., men charged after RV theft

(Oct. 27, 2016) -- Two men remain in a Rapides Parish jail after a joint investigation between three sheriffs offices into the theft of a camper and other items, according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office.
