OH: Driver loses control, drives into campground lake

(Oct. 26, 2016) -- Police said a teenage driver was traveling on Chestnut Ridge Road when he lost control of the car. The driver said his brakes locked up, causing him to drive into the lake at the Chestnut Ridge Campgrounds.
