TX: Learn to cook like a real Texas rancher

(Oct. 21, 2016) -- Camp cooking can be way more than just cans of beans. Texas chef Lou Lambert has partnered with El Cosmico, Liz Lambert's Marfa campground, for the past few years to host Big City Camp Cooking, a culinary weekend workshop. This year it's Nov. 4-6.
