Bent’s RV Rendezvous allegedly sold a defective vehicle

(Oct. 12, 2016) -- Todd Bergeron filed a complaint June 27 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Forest River, Bent's RV Rendezvous and Bank of the West, alleging that they violated the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.
