Camper in S.C. set aside to help people was vandalized

(Sept. 28, 2016) -- An RV parked at 797 Sea Island Parkway on St. Helena Island, S.C., was extensively vandalized between about 4 p.m. on Sept. 20 and 3 p.m. on Sept. 22, according to a Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office report released Saturday.
