Two campers, dog saved from rising flood waters

(Sept. 19, 2016) -- A group of people were camping on an island near the Upper Welch Landing, about five miles south of Jadwin, Ark., when the rising water swept away their campsite. Two people and a dog were swept into the river, with four others making it to safety.
