Restrictions eased on Wallowa-Whitman National Forest

(Sept. 12, 2016) -- The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest in Oregon has lowered public use restrictions in the woods from Phase B to Phase A, reinstating seasonal campfire restrictions and allowing chainsaw use during approved hours.
