Residents want ordinance to apply to RV park

(Sept. 9, 2016) — A lawyer representing some 30 families in the Oak Shadows subdivision asked the Youngsville City Council to force an RV park that had been permitted three hours before the council had approved an ordinance guiding such developments to have that park abide by the conditions of the new law.
