Ruptured tire causes head on crash, injuries

(Sept. 8, 2016) -- Greensburg, Ind., Chief of Police Brendan Bridges told the Daily News Monday that Janie Mahoney and her husband Brian Mahoney, of Wellington, Fla., were the occupants of an RV that crashed head-on into a bridge Monday afternoon.
