Teen charged with killing campground birds

(Sept. 7, 2016) -- A 17-year-old local boy has been criminally charged with killing animals after Chris Dick, a manager at Rideau Acres Campground, in Kingston, Ontario, said he discovered almost a dozen of its captive birds dead inside the campground’s bird coop, and the suspect holding onto two of them.
