Man arrested after vandalism report at campground

(Sept. 6, 2016) -- At 3:45 a.m., a visitor at the Lower Hunting Creek Campground in California called the department to report that someone had smashed the windows and slashed three tires on his Smart car, according to Sgt. Joseph Jones.
