Wal-Mart lot in Bend, Ore., houses a community

(Aug. 30, 2016) -- Some Wal-Mart parking lots have become an unofficial rest stop for the masses — both an overnight stop for travelers of all stripes, as well as a temporary home for people with only a vehicle to sleep in.
