Dealers face hugely increased OSHA violation fines

(Aug. 26, 2016) — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) had been exempt from a law requiring federal agencies to raise their fines to keep up with inflation, but that exemption was eliminated in the 2016 federal budget.
