Replacement camper draws violation notice

(Aug. 22, 2016) -- Owners of a residential property in Bar Harbor, Maine, between Strawberry Hill Road and Ledgelawn Avenue thought old permits would be valid when they told a friend he could set up a camper on their property for the summer.
