Harsh rules on freedom campers could backfire

(Aug. 3, 2016) -- On Tuesday the New Plymouth, New Zealand, District Council's policy committee agreed to review the current bylaw relating to freedom camping and assess whether further measures should be taken to manage them, particularly during the summer months.
