Underage drinking citations issued to 13 campers

(Aug. 2, 2016) -- Thirteen citations for underage drinking were issued after a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources ranger came across a party over the weekend on state land off of Oxbow Road in the town of Newbold, said Oneida County sheriff Grady Hartman.
