Some Lake Waco, Tex., campgrounds reopened

(Aug. 2, 2016) -- Five Lake Waco boat ramps and two campgrounds were reopened Monday after late-spring rain and flooding forced the closure of all Lake Waco boat ramps and nearly all recreational areas at the lake.
