Man leads police on high-speed chase in Winnebago

(July 29, 2016) -- Eighty-year-old Rolla Samson of Danville, Ill., led police on a two-county chase Thursday, reaching speeds of 80 mph in his Winnebago motorhome, according to Carroll County Sheriff's Office.
