Warrant issued for Chouteau Bend RV Park owner

(July 4, 2016) -- Felony assault charges were formally filed Wednesday against Chouteau Bend, Okla., RV Park, almost exactly a week after the alleged incident occurred at Chouteau Bend, with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
