MDC urges campers to buy firewood near campsite

(June 29, 2016) -- But the Missouri Department of Conservation urges people not to inadvertently give tree-killing insects and diseases a free ride to your favorite camping location. Rather than lugging firewood from home, MDC encouraged people to buy it at or near the camping destination.
