Lamesa, Tex., council divided on enforcement

(June 23, 2016) -- Following a public hearing that lasted approximately 30 minutes, the Lamesa, Tex., City Council officially took no action in regard to a request for a specific use permit to allow placement of a RV for occupancy in a residential area.
