Man accused of filming boy in campground shower

(June 22, 2016) -- A 45-year-old Twin Cities man made his first appearance last week in St. Croix County, Wis., Circuit Court on allegations that he used a cellphone to record a boy showering during a 2015 incident at the Apple River Family Campground.
