Mitchell, S.D., streetside parking ban of trailers

(June 9, 2016) -- The Mitchell, S.D., City Council wasn't hesitant to speak out against a streetside parking ban of trailers, campers and boats initially brought forth by Mayor Jerry Toomey, but Mitchell residents will still have to follow existing parking ordinances.
