Morton County, N.D., to get tornado shelter

(June 7, 2016) -- Construction of a new tornado shelter will begin today at Graner Park as the result of a grant garnered by Morton County, N.D., Park system through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Hazard Mitigation Program.
