Helena, Mont., man accused of rape at campsite

(June 2, 2016) -- Kelly Clayton Eller is accused of having sexual intercourse with an acquaintance after she told him to stop Saturday at a Helena, Mont., campsite, according to documents filed in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court.
