Youngsville, La., to discuss RV park ordinance

(May 25, 2016) -- An ordinance to regulate RV Parks in Youngsville, La., is not getting a totally warm reception. In fact, a Facebook page has been crafted to encourage Youngsville residents to express any concerns.
