N.Y. State Park upgrades at Watkins Glen delayed

(May 20, 2016) -- $6.5 million in upgrades, namely to the Watkins Glen State Park's entrance as well as parking lots, as well as other projects were set to break ground in June. However, it looks as if that date will now get pushed back.
