Tuscumbia, Ala. city council questions bond issue

(May 17, 2016) -- Tuscumbia, Ala., council member Randall Davis said bonds could pay for the $869,000 an RV park is expected to cost, as well as $347,000 for a Spring Park restroom, and $190,000 for a handicap-accessible pedestrian bridge near the existing swinging bridge.
