Chula Vista, Cailf., adds new law for RV parking

(May 17, 2016) -- The City of Chula Vista, Calif., started writing $100 tickets to owners of motor homes, recreational vehicles, and trailers Monday, the first day of enforcement for the city’s new recreational vehicle law.
