Clark County, Ohio fairgrounds makes upgrades

(May 16, 2016) -- The Clark County, Ohio, Fairgrounds recently obtained a campgrounds license after operating for several years without one outside fair week and also had been operating without Environmental Protection Agency approved sanitary hydrants.
