Groves RV ordinance now clearer

(April 4, 2016) -- Groves, Tex., residents Joseph Standifer and David Teague received a form letter from the city stating a neighbor had complained about the parking of their RV’s. In an effort to address what city leaders called confusing rules regarding storage of recreational vehicles and off-street parking two sections of ordinance were combined.
