Rains cause Texas campground to flood again

(April 22, 2016) -- Those enjoying the light breeze whispering through their hair Wednesday as the rain took a break from the early afternoon sky would tell you that, despite a couple of areas where floodwaters either overtook the gravel roadway altogether or nudged the outlines of the roadway with a gentle but unyielding resolve, campers and fishermen were still enjoying the slowing of a near weeklong rain.
