Ottumwa Park campground opens for season April 1

(March 30, 2016) -- Anyone who's stayed at the campgrounds in the past few years, will notice a slight hike in rates this year. In February, the Ottumwa, Iowa, City Council agreed to raise fees after eight years of stagnant rates.
