Fines could be set for illegal street-side parking

(March 24, 2016) -- As spring approaches, many Mitchell, S.D., residents pull their campers and trailers out of storage, but a soon-to-be proposed city ordinance may leave Mitchell residents wanting to keep those vehicles stowed away.
