Residents displaced by fire at Windsor Wine Country

(March 21, 2016) -- A woman and an elderly man escaped flames Saturday that destroyed their residences Saturday at the Windsor Wine Country RV Park, fire officials said. The cause is believed to have started by an unattended candle.
