Divided votes allow controversial RV park in Ridge Manor

(March 14, 2016) -- A divided Hernando County Commission on Tuesday approved a controversial plan to allow a recreational vehicle park on a 28-acre parcel between the Whispering Oaks and Ridge Manor Estates residential communities.
