County RV Park puts a limit on lengthy stays

(March 14, 2016) -- When the Deschutes County Fair and Expo RV Park management announced Feb. 1 it was raising the rent from $550 to $700 a month March 1, park occupant Kelly Faulkner decided to begin looking for a cheaper place to park his trailer.
