LKQ to acquire Pittsburgh Glass Works for $635 million

(Feb. 29, 2016) -- LKQ Corporation announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Pittsburgh Glass Works from private equity firm Kohlberg and Company and PPG Industries, Inc. for an enterprise value of $635 million.
