Crime force closure of RV park, residents homeless

(Feb. 24, 2016) -- Crime at a Newton RV park and repeated failure to comply with civic bylaws has left the City of Surrey, British Columbia, with no other option than to shut it down, leaving up to 30 residents scrambling for a place to live.
