Campground in Carlinville Lake will be open for spring

(Feb. 18, 2016) -- Among the first orders of business at the Feb. 15 Carlinville, Ill., City Council meeting was an announcement from Mayor Deanna Demuzio that the campground at Carlinville Lake will open this spring.
