Canon council OKs development plan

(Feb. 3, 2016) -- Canon City, Colo., council The council voted 4-3 to adopt the Royal Gorge Comprehensive Management Plan which details how the city-owned 5,000-acre park north of the Royal Gorge Bridge should be developed.
