Berkeley Springs could get grant for upgrades

(Jan. 13, 2016) -- The foundation will be applying for a grant through the West Virginia Department of Highways to bring major renovations to Berkeley Springs State Park which Gordon said will be “a benefit for all of us — not just aesthetically, but financially as well.”
