Indiana launches bicentennial party Friday

(Dec. 7, 2015) -- In 1916, on Indiana’s 100th birthday, the state got its first flag and a state park system, The Journal Gazette reported. The yearlong bicentennial celebration kicks off Friday on Statehood Day, and the coming year will include a massive torch relay, key capital projects, some big ol’ parties and local events in every county.

Winnebago recalls Ricon wheelchair lifts

(Dec. 7, 2015) -- Winnebago Industries is recalling one model year 2008 Aspect, one model year 2010 Vista and one model year 2012 Vista recreational vehicle, each equipped with wheelchair lifts manufactured by Ricon. The affected lifts are equipped with folding link arms that may have pivot holes that are too big, allowing the bearings to move out of position.
