Gisborne ‘more motorhome friendly’

(Dec. 18, 2015) -- Councilor Larry Foster presented a proposal at yesterday’s Council meeting from the New Zealand Motor Caravan Association (NZCMA) to include three new freedom camping areas under Council’s Freedom Camping Bylaw.
