Payson planning commission rejects RV park

(Dec. 15, 2015) -- A plan to build an RV park in the neighborhood behind Rim Country Guns, in Payson, Ariz., did not receive a warm welcome from the Planning and Zoning Commission last week, which voted against rezoning the property.
