$400,000-plus to be spent on Ruby Mountain

(Dec. 14, 2015) -- A long-awaited $406,000 project is designed to spruce up the Ruby Mountain Campground, in Colorado, a recreation site along the 150-mile stretch of the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area.
